It is my responsibility to oversee all aspects of our parts and service departments, making sure the customer’s needs are always met.  I am nearing my 20-year anniversary with Citrus Motors.  You name it, I have done it: Parts Driver, Wholesale Parts Salesperson, Tire Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, Parts Manager, Body Shop Manager and now, Parts and Service Director. Not only have I worked at Citrus for almost 20 years, my family has purchased over 20 vehicles, all maintained, serviced and repaired (bodywork - ouch!) by Citrus Motors.  I am dedicated to the success of Citrus Motors through the satisfaction of our customers.  I am very proud to be a Citrus family member both as an employee and a customer.

As Citrus Ford's Service Manager, I oversee all aspects of the service department, from cashiers, to mechanics, to service advisors. My goal is to make sure each and every customer receives the highest level of service possible, insuring and creating customer loyalty. I began my automotive career 20 years ago with Citrus Motors. During this time, I have acquired valuable knowledge and experience in all aspects of the industry, as well as becoming a Master Certified Service Advisor and Service Manager. I am also a Ford Employee Excellence Award winner. I will always go above and beyond for the customer – our top priority at Citrus Motors.

I oversee Fleet Accounts at Citrus Motors and have an ongoing relationship with many area organizations and government agencies which rely on Citrus for their fleet vehicle needs.  It is my pleasure to monitor these fleet accounts and all service work performed on their vehicles.  In addition, I am always striving to establish and welcome new fleet customers to Citrus Motors.  I have built my 11-year automotive career at Citrus Motors, becoming a Ford Master Advisor in 2002 and Ford Medallion Elite Winner in 2006.  Previously, I held the positions of Kia Master Service Advisor, Service Manager and Warranty Administrator at Citrus Motors as well.  My background includes extensive vehicle service knowledge for multiple manufacturers and models, as well as warranty processing and guidelines.  My goal each day is simple – make each customer, big or small, feel like a VIP at Citrus Motors.

With 22 years in the automotive industry, some might call me the old guy.  But I would say I’m not old, I’m experienced!  Though I am relatively new to the Citrus Motors family, the transition to join the team and become part of their great service department has been seamless.  My entire career of 22 years has been with the Ford product line.  I am a Ford Certified Service Advisor and received the Gold Medallion award in 2006 as a parts manager.  I enjoy my daily interactions with our customers.  My goal is more than just servicing cars – I strive to build lifelong relationships with my customers through my honesty and attention to details.

As a Ford Certified service advisor with a master certificate in customer relations, I challenge myself each day to meet customer expectations by providing honest service advice to achieve complete customer satisfaction. I am happy to be the newest member of the service team at Citrus Motor’s.  With six years of automotive technical training, a two-year apprenticeship, and 5 years prior service advisor experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in the latest automotive technology.  As a Citrus Motor’s Ford Certified Service Advisor, I take pride in being honest and straightforward with all my customers, making sure they are informed and in agreement with their repairs and service needs.  At Citrus, it’s the lengths that we go to in caring for our customers that keeps them coming back.

I bring over 20 years experience to my position as Service Advisor at Citrus Ford.  I am approaching my 13th year at Citrus, working my way up through many departments, parts, warranty, quality control, booking, sales, dispatcher, to become a Master Certified Service Advisor for Ford and Kia.  I am a recipient of Ford’s Employee Excellence Award, placing top 10 in the region for customer service.  My customers return to Citrus Motors for my honesty and because I keep them updated throughout the time their vehicle is with us.  Pleasing the customer is what pleases me.

As the Service Drive Manager, I oversee operations on the service drive along with our team of service advisors. With our open door policy, our goal is to greet and assist all customers and fleet companies in a timely manner with repairs and vehicle knowledge throughout the repair process up to in-house vehicle delivery. My automotive experience includes hands-on training from the ground up beginning in tire mounting, to sales, marketing, service manager, store manager and service advisor. I chose Citrus Motors as my home because of employee loyalty, longevity, fairness, honesty, and a "no pressure" commitment to the customer. Everything begins at the top and our management team leads by example. Simply said, I love what I do and my customers see it, know it and feel it!!

Working as a service advisor for Citrus Motor’s, my goal is to please people through great honest service.  I began my career in the automobile industry 14 years ago, starting in the parts warehouse.  Since then I moved through the parts department, to counter sales, and now I am a Certified Ford and Kia Service Advisor.  Though I left the industry briefly to pursue my passion for cooking, I didn't think twice when returning to Citrus, where everyone, from the customers to the employees, are treated with the utmost respect.  Each day, my task is simple – make one person smile, then my job is done!

As Citrus Ford’s Body Shop Manager, I take pride in making sure our customer’s understand the entire repair process and I assist them with their insurance claims.  Being bilingual, I provide reassurance and support to my Spanish-speaking customers as well.  I have worked in the collision industry for the majority of my professional career, working my way up from Body Shop Parts Manger, to Production Manager, then Estimator, and now, Body Shop Manager.  Our customers return because they know our best interest is with them and their vehicles.  Citrus Motors goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy.
